We are often asked to cater for Art Exhibitions both in the country and London. We try to create food that fits with the artists style. Often an artist will take a gallery for a couple of weeks and we work closely with the sponsors and charities who are using the exhibtion to entertain. From Cured Brill with Pistachio and Grapefruit to something as traditional as Wild Mushroom Tartlets guests are served as they admire the art work.
